Calibration of measuring instruments and transmitters

Comprehensive measurements to support compliance

Taking advantage of our experience in qualification and validation tests, we offer various periodic measurement and calibration services, such as

Calibration of measuring instruments and converters (pressure, temperature, humidity, time, revolutions). We offer calibration services performed at the customer’s premises, which streamlines the process and reduces its duration by a factor of three or more. Our calibration certificates indicate a properly estimated uncertainty of measurement, and more.

Our offer includes

  • Tests of temperature and humidity distribution in storage and production facilities, archives, etc.
  • Integrity tests of HEPA filters.
  • Particle concentration monitoring in rooms.
  • Measurements of illumination levels in rooms.
  • Measurements, qualification, and requalification of HVAC stations (differential pressure, temperature, humidity; air flow; balometric measurements); simulation of automatic systems (modification of settings and adjustments through simulation of electric values).
  • Qualification and requalification of incubators and climatic chambers.
  • Measurements, qualification, and requalification of laminar chambers and fume cupboards.
  • Measurements of clean installations - compressed gases, clean water, clean steam
  • Measurements, qualification, and requalification of production equipment, such as mixers, homogenizers, fluidization columns, encapsulation machines, bag packing machines, suppository forming machines, blister packing machines.
  • Measurements, qualification, and requalification of RMS and BMS systems.

We cooperate with accredited laboratories in the area of physicochemical and microbiological tests.

To perform the measurements and calibrations, we use our own, highly specialized measuring instruments, such as:

  • Fluke 9142 calibration furnace and Pt 100 probes with calibration certificates
  • Beamex MC-6 multi-calibration instrument with a pressure module (–1:20 bar), differential pressure module (± 1 kPa), and low-pressure pump
  • Termo-Precyzja multichannel V/A/Ω recorder
  • Sanwa multimeter
  • Testo Huminator 2 climatic chamber

Testo 480 Thermo anemometer, Vane Anemometer, Multimeter

  • Instruments for measuring air speed, air volume flow and temperature of the flowing air
  • Allow to measure flow speed quickly and precisely
  • Application: air speed and air flow measurements in HVAC systems, adjustments of ventilation-air-conditioning installations, identification of leaks in installation, acceptance of installations (interiors including warehouses, production lines, air-conditioned rooms) depending on a Client’s needs and requirements
  • Illuminance meter for the Testo 480 measuring device (also within the range of ecv instruments) allows to measure illumination level inside, i.a.: buildings, offices, evacuation routes
  • Our instruments have certificates issued by the manufacturer as well as up-to-date calibration certificates issued by the accredited calibration laboratories

Testo 420 Volume flow hood

  • Instrument for air flow measurement
  • Allows to measure air speed and air volume at ventilation grilles, air stream in HVAC systems, large interior spaces, e.g. warehouses, hospitals, etc.
  • Our instrument has a certificate issued by the manufacturer as well as up to date calibration certificate issued by the accredited measurement laboratory

Beamex MC-6 Multifunctional calibrator

  • High precision multicalibrator for measuring pressure, temperature and electrical signals
  • Designed for use at Client’s premises or in the field
  • Allows to measure electrical signals quickly and precisely, and as a calibrator makes it possible to precisely calibrate various processor devices
  • Our instrument has a certificate issued by the manufacturer as well as up to date calibration certificate issued by the accredited measurement laboratory

Lasair III 350L Air Particle Counter + Aerosol Generator

  • Solid air particle counter meeting the requirements of ISO 14644-1: 2015 and ISO 21501-4
  • Allows to measure the number of solid particles in air, especially in clean rooms and compressed air systems
  • Designed for both, remote and mobile, routine monitoring of particle number
  • Also applied for testing the integrity of HEPA filters, i.e. HEPA filters efficiency and leaks created during their assembly
  • Our solid air particle counter has a certificate issued by the manufacturer as well as up to date calibration certificate issued by the accredited measurement laboratory
  • Aerosol generator allows to precisely input a certain number of solid particles, thus allowing to easily test integrity of filters at Client’s premises

Testo Huminator II Climatic Chamber

  • Climatic chamber with a reference probe used mainly to perform calibration of small instruments for measurements of temperature and humidity
  • Climatic chamber can be used at Client’s premises to perform calibration of the above-mentioned instruments
  • Our device has a certificate issued by the manufacturer as well as up to date calibration certificate issued by the accredited measurement laboratory

Vaisala DM70 Dew Point Meter

  • Portable dew point meter allows to establish the dew point pressure of compressed gases
  • The instrument makes it possible to characterize pressure of compressed gases used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. For example, in transportation of solid and loose materials, their conveyors are based on well dried and filtered air, so the products are not contaminated. Continuous monitoring and the dew point control is often a requirement in an air distribution installation for the processes of drying or packaging, the precedent measurement makes it possible to start-up the valves which control the process
  • Our instrument has a certificate issued by the manufacturer as well as up to date calibration certificate issued by the accredited measurement laboratory

Fluka 9142 Calibrator and Probes Pt 100

  • Instrument allows to calibrate relay loops, perform comparative calibrations or simple inspection of a thermocouple sensors
  • Makes it possible to perform calibration in the field, with no impact on the measurement parameters
  • Thanks to a wide range of temperatures (from -25 to 150 degrees of Celsius) the furnace is used for various procedures in pharmaceutical and chemical industries
  • Our instrument has a certificate issued by the manufacturer as well as up to date calibration certificate issued by the accredited measurement laboratory

Rotronic HL-1D Temperature and Humidity Data Loggers

  • Instruments for measuring temperature and humidity designed to perform mapping of temperature and humidity distribution in the interiors like warehouses, production lines, laboratories, climatic chambers
  • Our instruments have the manufacturer’s certificate and up-to-date calibration certificates issued by ecvalidation
